The first season of Andor was a sleeper hit. I admit, I didn’t have very high expectations from it. But by the time the season had ended, I was hooked. It ranked right up there with Rogue One in terms of quality (something that is sorely lacking from most Star Wars releases these days). So,…
When it comes to sci-fi, the nerd world is typically divided into two camps. You’re either a Star Wars fan or a Star Trek fan. I suppose if I was forced to pick, I would choose to align myself with the rest of the Star Wars nerds. But thankfully, we live in a world where…
I’m going to be honest. After the disaster that was The Acolyte, I wasn’t sure if I was going to bother watching any more Disney Star Wars. That show was such a dumpster fire that it essentially turned me off from the entire franchise. Considering that I grew up watching and loving Star Wars –…
Long time readers of this blog know that I have a deep-rooted love for Star Wars. But, it’s important to know that when it comes to Sci-Fi, I don’t discriminate. I’ve been a Star Wars fanatic since I was in Kindergarten. But let me tell you a secret… I’ve been a Star Trek fan for…
As I’ve mentioned in previous posts about Disney’s Star Wars, a lot of people have strong opinions about the direction Disney has taken the franchise. When Fallout the television series was first announced, I was both excited and skeptical. If done right, the Fallout universe would make…
I know that this blog is all over the place when it comes to content. But before anything else, the posts that I write usually have two purposes. First, to share things that I love from yesteryear with a new generation. And second, to explore new areas of pop culture with a fresh set of…
When it comes to all of the Star Wars shows that Disney is cranking out, I have mixed emotions. On one hand, I’m excited to see new stories in the Star Wars universe. But on the other, I always worry that these new tales might somehow overwrite or cheapen the adventures that I’ve come to…
I know that I’m a bit late with this review, but the second season of The Bad Batch has finally concluded and I’m here to share my thoughts. I will admit, a big part of my delay is because it took me a bit longer than anticipated to watch it. And, if I’m being completely…
One my biggest regrets when it comes to this blog is that I don’t take enough time to focus on the movies and TV shows that I really enjoy. That’s something I want to improve as time goes on. The last time I wrote about one of my favorite childhood films was around four months…
