My Half-Life mini-series is almost at an end. Today, I’m going to talk about a game that I’ve wanted to review for quite some time, Portal 2. I posted my review for the first Portal game earlier this year, and in that review, I praised the game for its unique gameplay elements and originality. To…
I know. I’m six months late with this review. I apologize. But, with all that’s been going on in the world of gaming, it can sometimes be a little tough to carve out the time to take an in depth look at every new update. Regardless, I’ve finally had a chance to play these latest…
Valentine’s Day is here and as always, I’m bringing you a cutesy/ecchi game review. This year, I decided to take a look at a “classic” fanservice style game from Japan, the wildly popular Gal Gun. This game is best described as a combination of a rail shooter and a dating sim. How in the world…
Chugging right along with my playthrough reviews of games from the Half-Life series, today I’m going to talk about another revolutionary title. Today, I’m going to share my thoughts on Portal. A little over a year ago, I posted a review for the legendary RPG, Golden Sun. Since that time, I’ve received a number of messages asking for me to talk about the sequel. Well, that time has finally arrived. Today, I’m going to be discussing Golden Sun: The Lost Age. Before I dive in to…
Let me start this review by admitting that I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I sat down to play this game. I honestly thought that Neverwinter Nights was going to be just another Infinity Engine game like Baldur’s Gate or Icewind Dale. Nothing could be further from the truth. For…
Can you believe it has been six years since I reviewed the first three “Infinity Engine” games; Baldur’s Gate, Baldur’s Gate II, and Planescape Torment? It doesn’t seem that long ago. For the longest time, these titles were mostly forgotten by everyone except for CRPG enthusiasts. Then, earlier this year the third entry in the…
